The Lollipop Kid - Jerry Maren
You may not recognize the name of Jerry Maren, but everyone knows who he is.  Jerry was the Munchkin in The Wizard of Oz who handed the lollipop to Dorothy.  He was one of the three tough-acting little people who sang, "We represent the Lollipop Guild".  Although he was only paid $50 a week - in the 1930's, it was good money - Jerry will tell you that, without a doubt, the scenes in Munchkin Land are the best in movie history.  Jerry's tour schedule can be viewed at www.ozmunchkinland.com.  This print measures approximately 8" x 10".

$30.00

The Original Wizard of Oz Munchkin - Karl Slover
Karl Slover, born Karl Kosiczky, was 21 years old when he auditioned for The Wizard of Oz, and at four feet and four inches tall, he was the smallest Munchkin.  Not being able to reach the doorknobs certainly didn't keep him from participating big in the movie - Karl actually played four different parts: the First Trumpeter, one of the Munchkin soldiers, one of the singers who led Judy Garland to "Follow the Yellow Brick Road", and the only Sleepy Head boy in the nest of eggs.  This illustration is double-autographed and measures approximately 10 1/4" x 13 1/2".

$35.00

Munchkin Troupe Member - Mickey Carroll
Mickey Carroll was 17 years old when Judy Garland called him to play one of the Munchkins in The Wizard of Oz.  Although he took a pay cut to do so, it took Judy's pleas and Judy's mother offering to put him up for the eight-week shooting period, Mickey relented and agreed.  Years later, after The Wizard of Oz had found new life on television and brought Mickey back to the limelight, Mickey's great heart led him to bestow a fitting monument at the grave of the original Dorothy, who was Dorothy Gale, a nice of Oz creator L. Frank Baum, who had died in infancy.  This print measures approximately 11 1/2" x 14 1/4".
